We welcome and are happy to showcase the following vendors and sponsors for this our 3rd Winternights Festival. We will add and update our sponser listings periodically as we draw closer to this years event on Sunday Oct 20th from 11am until 5:30pm.
Walker Vernon Valley Farm – located on Sand Hill Road in Vernon. They are a back to basics and more local family farm. Currently they raise grass fed and grass finished beef on fields grown naturally free of chemicals and such. Organic produce likewise has becoming part of their offerings. The Nordic House uses their natural beef in their Swedish Meatballs.
Lowland Farms – At Lowland Farm (in nearby Warwick NY), they aim to raise their animals responsibly, to graze their land in a sustainable fashion, and to price their grass-fed beef & pork reasonably. Our Swedish meatballs are made with their pork and we can attest to its quality and great taste. They may not be able to attend themselves but in true community farmer fashion Vernon Valley Farms will also have some of their products on hand at their spot – See more at: http://www.lowlandfarm.com
